LOL Opening!

Je vous en avait déjà un peu parlé dans mon dernier article sur les tendances de la rentrée ICI, le magasin LOL qui a ouvert ses portes il y a quelques semaine au vert chasseur, faisait une soirée d’ouverture « officielle » hier soir.

J’en ai profité pour passer y faire un tour, voir les nouvelles pièces (j’attend Acne de pied ferme!), mais les marques Filles à Papa, Carven, Zoe Tees, Mont Saint Michel ou encore American Retro sont déjà au rendez vous! De plus il y a une super sélection d’articles vintages qui valent le détour.

USA in 1 month!

Just a quick post about my trip in the USA that will take place in one month.

Here are pictures of the several cities where I will stay, which are: San Francisco, Monterey, Santa Barbara, LA (I’m actually going to take the road US1 from San Francisco down to LA, I heard it’s amazing!) then NYC and Washington DC.

I have actually been to most of those cities (besides Monterey and Santa Barbara), but if you guys have any tips and places to go, I’ll take them!

I’m really excited about this trip, especially because I haven’t been to the US for more than two years now, and it’s been way too long!

And I’ll have to finish this post by saying that I think a lot about the people from 09/11, it was ten years ago, but unfortunately, time doesn’t take the pain away.

MGX by Elvis Pompilio

Ce matin je me suis rendue dans la boutique MGX au Sablon pour admirer la création d’Elvis Pompilio faite en collaboration avec MGX (à l’occasion de Design September 2011).

Et surprise j’ai pu l’essayer! Voici le résultat

C’était vraiment une chouette expérience et je trouvais cette création/collaboration vraiment super sympa. Elvis Pompilio est vraiment quelqu’un d’adorable, malheureusement je suis super timide donc je lui ai pas beaucoup parlé…

Bon bien sur c’est pas quelque chose qu’on va mettre tout les jours, mais vous en pensez quoi?

Current Inspiration: Flashdance

Flashdance is one of my all time favorite movie!

I love most of her looks in the movie, but I have to say my favorite one is the smoking. The smoking with the backless shirt, I found that amazing and I’ve never seen that anywhere else since! (Sadly I couldn’t find other pictures of that backless shirt)
