Spring time is here!

Hello guys!

So yesterday, in Belgium it felt already like spring time. It was 18 degrees and very sunny.

It felt sooo good to have some kind of hot weather again. Eating outside in the light of sunshine, seriously, what else?

To really embrace that spring feeling, I couldn’t not wear my flowery pants from H&M Trend that I love so much.

Here’s my outfit, I hope you like it!

I’m wearing: ZARA shirt – H&M TREND pants – ZARA necklace & shoes – VERO MODA by Tiany Kirilove clutch – RAY BAN sunglasses

Have a nice weekend guys xx

Colorfull outfit

Here is the outfit I wore last Friday for the bday party of « Le Café de la Presse »

Since the weather has been better this past few days, I wore a little dress that really reminds me about summer. I’ve had this dress since many years, and bought it for only a few dollars at Urban Outfitters in sales, but I can tell you it’s one of my favorites.

It is so colorfull, then so easy to combine with accessories. I chose yellow, since it’s one of the main color for this spring/summer, and one of the colors I can’t seem to take my mind of.

(sorry for the bad quality of pictures)

I was wearing: URBAN OUTFITTERS dress – ZARA necklace and heels – VINTAGE belt, jacket and fur

Ok so I didn’t mention that during that party there was a concert of two very hot talented young men; Flo de la Vega and Jeremy Frérot

After the concert, I had to fight and almost died to get this picture, but since I made it alive, I couldn’t not show it to you!

Isn’t that a happy face… hahaha

Lulu Fashion Coach – THE CLOSET

Today, I take you on a tour in my closet!

You will see, it is pretty small, that’s why I keep a lot of other clothes at my mom’s. But seriously, I definitly need to find a solution in the future because this is not going to work very long :)

On the left we have skirts and dresses, and on the right (spring/summer) jumpers and cardigans (I keep the warmer ones some other place)

On the right a few tank tops, in the middle short sleeves t shirt, on the right long sleeves t shirts, shirts and blouses

On the left my jeans, on the right my pants and other colorful jeans

Hanging we have shirts, blouses, dresses, skirts and blazers

This is wear I organize all my underwear, my socks, my belts, bikini’s,…

And this is wear I keep all my beauty supplies, my hair accessories, my jewelry, my make up,…

And voilà! You now have seen my closet, which was particularly clean (and the reason why I decided to take a few pictures).

I’m sorry that you won’t see any « shoe closet », because I don’t have one. My shoes are all messily kept in the intrance of my appartemment, and seriously, you don’t want to see that… :)

I hope you like the post and enjoy your monday!

Beauty: Manucure

And here we go with my second beauty post!

Today it’s about manucure. I always wear nailpolish, for me it almost became like an accessories, or a jewels.

Today, I tried my new Pronails nailpolish, and I took all the steps in pictures:

1. All the different supplies needed

KIKO nail polish remover – Nivea body cream – Make up remover pads – nail files – Sally Hanson base&top coat – ProNails nail polish

2. Remove old nail polish if needed

3. File your nails

4. Wash your hands

5. Apply cream on your hands and your nails (it’s maybe only psychologial, but I believe it hydrates them)

6. Apply the base coat

7. Apply two layers of the nail polish of you choice, I chose the ProNails n° 279

8. Apply a final layer of top coat

9. Let everything dry

10. You’re done!

Ps: I use the same products as top coat and base coat, which comes from the US (available in any grossery store/CVS there) and it’s the BEST

Have a great weekend guys!

Princesse Skoda Afternoon

Last friday I spent a wonderful afternoon like a real princess!

Before I tell you more about that day, here’s a quick look at my outfit:

Wearing: NEW LOOK jumper – H&M TREND pants – ZARA jacket – VINTAGE fur – H&M clutch – STEVE MADDEN shoes

The goal of that afternoon was to try out a car, drive around the city and go to specific places… such as: Bobbi Brown, New Look and Smets Premium Store.

First of all, the stupid idiot I am forgot to take her licence before going to the event… which means I didn’t actually drive, but I got a driver! A perfect one!
(At that point I really felt like a princess haha)

I said driver, but it was more like a buddy, and here we are in the Yeti (model of our car)

Angélique of Belmoto.tv and myself

First stop was at Bobbi Brown, rue Antoine Dansaert where we got lucky and found a great parking spot

Yeti Skoda – kind of like a 4×4

We went to Bobbi Brown where we got a 5min make up touch. I believe by now you know me, and know I’m not a big make up person

This make up was WAY TOO MUCH FOR ME, even though Angélique’s make up looked very nice

Next stop was NEW LOOOKKK!! Thanks to TanDem, New Look and Skoda we got a voucher of 40€. Not much you might say, BUT at New Look it’s almost a fortune and you can get several stuff for 40€!

Hesitation between the top and the pants…

I finally went for the pants, and Angélique did as well. I also got some nailpolish stickers.

Next stop was at Smets Premium Store for a manucure!

I first got my make up fixed because I really didn’t feel comfortable with the other one

Nailpolish by OPI

And then the Princess afternoon was already over! But it was a lot of fun! Big thanks to Skoda, TanDem and especially Alexandra and finally best driver/buddy ever Angélique! (find Angélique’s article HERE)

Oh, and guess what I’m wearing today…

NEW LOOK pants – TOPSHOP boots

Do you like my new pants?

xx

Food: Recette #1

I decided to do a new « food » section on the blog with recipies, good plates of food at restaurants/friends, and anything food related. I hope you like the idea.
To my dear english readers, I’m sorry but the recipies on the blog will be in French

Before Marni x H&M

Hello guys!

Here is what we can call a « real » outfit post. I definitly should more of them, but I don’t always have around:

1. A photographer/friend

2. A cool background

3. An outfit worth being taken in photos

4. My good camera

But, fortunately, it was the case last thursday, right before the Marni x H&M presentation.
I wore a comfy outfit, yet fashionable, and pretty light – I am SICK of big jackets/coats!

Wearing: H&M pants – FOREVER21 t shirt & cardigan – VINTAGE fur – FOREVER21 earing – BERSCHKA clutch – STEVE MADDEN shoes

Too good not to share…

« Le jour d’avant » – the day before Isabel Marant s/s 2012 runway show.
I love Isabel Marant, not only her creations, but her personality as well.

Enjoy!
