As you may have seen, I fell in love with a pair of jeans..
And just like when you fall in love, you want to stick to it as long as possible, all the time, and not spending a SECOND apart from each other.
That’s what this situation is all about!

I first saw it on the Zara lookbook

Then on the lovely Leandra Medine

I loved it so much I couldn’t stop thinking about it! So even though I’m broke this month and I wasn’t quite sure about it, I went to Zara friday and bought it anyway!
It was instant love between the both of us, and I couldn’t resist taking for a night out friday.
A few picture before heading out, where else than my balcony?

I couldn’t leave you without a few of my party moves right?

With that outfit, I also introduced the Tie Dye and Sporty trends to my wardrobe.
Do you like it? Don’t you LOVE the pants?

Oh yes, you know how I love a good fashion police from the Red Carpet’s.
Plus, sometimes, celebrities make it so easy, I can’t help myself.
Let’s start with the good ones, shall we?

Anja Rubik in Anthony Vaccarello
Oh yes, this one will be controversial. I have to say I find this beautiful, and Anthony Vaccarello is definitly a MASTER in the art of cutting dresses. On the other hand, NO ONE else than Anja can pull it off.

Anna Wintour in Prada
Yes, the Devil DOES wear Prada and here’s the proof. I find this pretty and kind of scary at the same time (what is that strange detail? It looks like the hand of a monster, but anyway… – apparently it’s a LOBSTER) Even by wearing Prada, I feel like she came out of her confort zone, +1!

Diane Kruger in Prada
The top is very loose and simple, and the bottom huge and crazy, the perfect combination. The color looks perfect on her. Great choice of necklace. 10/10 Kruger (ok, -1 for the color of the clutch, I wouldn’t match those two together…)

Gwyneth Paltrow in Prada
HOW HOT! One of my favorite outfit of the night. Everithing is perfect! The cut is simple but so chic. And I absolutely LOVE the detail on the pocket of the dress, how cool?

Jessica Stam in John Galliano for Dior Haute Couture
Love the baroque inspiration, amazing dress! And the arm parties are partying just fine!

Marina Abramovic in Givenchy Haute Couture
You know how I love a women dressed in a black suit. With the little pink and feminine clutch, that was just fine to me. And what better accessories than the beautiful James Franco at your arm, right? (no,no, mens are not objetcs, I know,…)

Renée Zellweger in Emilio Pucci
WOW. How beautiful! And that insane open back. I’m in love with that dress, she looks prefect!

Sarah Jessica Parker in Valentino
Even though it kind of looks like a nightgown, I really love it, and the print. Plus, it is SO her! (I couldn’t really see other people wearing this…) but seriously, WHY the matching shoes?

Solange Knowles in Rachel Roy
Solange is rocking it (as always…) I always love her outfits, and here again, it’s great. Love the color, that matches her skin to perfection, and the shape. Her accessories were really well chosen, and her hair, come on her hair! I LOVE it!
Ready for the worst?
The same question remains, should they kill their stylist/hairdresser?

Amber Heard in Zac Posen
Oh yes, he did it again. After the awful look of Kelly Osbourne for the Golden Globe (when she looked like a blue octopus), here is another victim of his wierd creation. Sadly for her, the color is even worse. (Did he go with her to make sure she wouldn’t take it off and run away?)

Cameron Diaz in Stella Mc Cartney
Hello, today I chose to wear something that makes my figure look really bad, like if I had gain 10 kilos!

Chloé Sevigny in Miu Miu
Great job for the dress and the shoes. OK, now where is your hairdresser? Why would you ever let anyone do this to do? It’s a crime!

Dakota Fanning in Louis Vuitton
Couldn’t choose what to wear, I let my grandma pick it for me. Obviously, she didn’t remember: 1- my age, 2- in what era we were in…

Greta Gerwig in Prabal Gurung
All right, here’s the question: how can something can be that pretty in the back (an open back is always pretty, right?) and THAT ugly in the front? HELP!

Jaime King in Topshop
Topshop is ok on a red carpet only if it’s by Mary Katrantzou. Plus, there is a real taste problem here. The color + the fabric + the print + the ruffles, not doing it for me! Girl, I like you way better with the outfits you wear in Hart of Dixie (so similar to Louis Vuitton S/S 2012)

Kristen Dunst in Rodarte
Hey there! Tonight I wanted to dress like my grandma. Well done Kristen, you did it! (Honestly, I kind of like the design, but not on a red carpet)

Lana Del Rey in Joseph Altuzarra
It seems that Lana Del Rey is 6 months too late, no, it wasn’t Halloween my dear. And your dracula costume is not that appropriate. What’s up with that cape anyway!?

Mary Kate Olsen in The Row
Oh god, I still don’t get it. Hey, how about looking FREAKING SCARY at the Met Bal tonight? Well, if that was the goal, good job.

Melania Trump in Marc Bouwer Couture
« I have a serious relationship with my sunbed, it’s a real passionate story »
And that’s it guys!
So now, tell me, which one is your favorite, and your least favorite?

My outfit for my little sister’s bday party last sunday afternoon.
It was pretty chilly but when I woke up, my mind was still in New York City with Carrie Bradshaw, and I didn’t realize what the weather was like outside.
I took the opportunity to take outfit pictures in my dad’s backyard (can’t wait for the sun and the warm temperatures to come to go chill there around the pool is the sun – perfection)

Wearing: ZINKA denim shirt – PRIMARK cardigan – H&M skirt&earings – ZARA necklace – CONVERSE sneakers
So non fashion related, but so yummy related – HOW BEAUTIFUL IS THAT CAKE?

Did you like my sunday outfit?

Hello guys,
I took part in a contest in which I had to create a moodboard after I brand that I had randomly picked.
I got THOMAS SABO, the jewelries, you know?
Anyway, Thomas Sabo is mostly known for chains bracelets or necklaces to which you can add charms.
I made my moodboard thinking about the different possibilies of charms and the spirit of the brand.

« When I think Thomas Sabo, I think of so many things to get inspiration from. I think of dozens of objects that could become part of a bracelet or necklace. This moodboard embodies perfectly my vision of Thomas Sabo ».
I was pretty pleased with the result, what do you think?
If you want to VOTE for my moodboard, click HERE and then « LIKE » the picture on Facebook
Super huge thanks (and of course, feel free to share it!)

Hello there!
Even though the quality of the pictures is bad, I still wanted to share my saturday outfit with you.
It was my friend’s Greg de Vos birthday party, and to celebrate it I wanted to dress like one of our comon idol, Carrie Bradshaw.

And my manucure

To have good looking little curls, I used a smaller curling iron (than the one I usually use), and it did it little by little.
It took close to 45min, and for the fun, here is what it looked like just before going through my hair to make it « wilder ».

Mary Katrantzou, I love you

I discovered the great talent of Mary Katrantzou during the last fashion weeks, with her Fall/Winter Collection 2012-2013.
How can your eyes not fall in love with this?

Her psychedelic dresses are TO DIE FOR! I’m so in love with her design, so bright and colorfull.
Then, I thought I would take a look at her collection for this summer. As you can imagine, I was very pleased!

The floral suits that I believed inspired H&M, and that was very well welcomed by bloggers around the globe:

Tiany, Polliani, AfterDRK, FashionSquad
And finally, my farovite dress of the summer collection

I believe whe can all agree she’s an amazing designer. At least she really speaks to my tastes!
Sadly, her price level is very, so high I would have to sell at least a kidney (not so ready for that)
Since she’s so cool, she designed a collection for Topshop that is as cool (maybe even cooler) than her summer collection

Sadly, when I heard about it, it was too late… Gosh I’m sooo sad
(of course I can find it on eBay, but for a price that is highly unacceptable)
Of course I’m NOT giving up, so I searched through the internet for affordable pieces that reminded me of Mary Katrantzou’s designs, and here it is:

Topshop 45£

Zara 69,95€

Zara 79,95€ (this one is MINE)

Zara 79,95€

Zara shirt 39,95€ – Zara shorts 27,95€

Zara 22,95€

Zara 39,95€
So, do you like Mary Katrantzou and her design? Would you sell a kidney for her dresses?
(If you DO, you can Mary Katrantzou’s creations at SMETS BRUSSELS)
Enjoy your weekend!
xx
