I think that by now, you probably know how much I love food. I love to cook it, but especially to eat it!
When I first heard of Culinaria, it was really tempting. Being able to taste the amazing food of so many different great chefs, for the price of one meal in one of their restaurant.
When I learned the theme of this year was street food revisited, and well, I couldn’t resist.
And it was worth it! The picture probably speak for themselves.
TO DIE FOR!
Arabelle Meirlaen (Arabelle Meirlaen restaurant): Asperge de Régalys pebs de chlorophylle d’herbes sauvages
Giovanni Bruno (Senzanome): Pane e panelle Salmone affumicato, crema di melanzane, gelo di limone, menta e coriando
SO delicious! I think it was my favourite
Viki Geunes (‘t Zilte restaurant): Green chorizo, bar mariné et poivrons verts
Jean-Philippe Darcis: Fresh chocolate & hot street waffle
I also tasted a dessert by Marc Ducobu, meat from La Table du Boucher, Swiss cheeses and a few other stuff I can’t really remember. What I can tell you is that it was SO SO delicious, and that I wasn’t able to walk when leaving the place because my stomach was so full.
