Today I want to talk to you about the brand new rooftop of Brussels, The Vertigo Terrace and Bar. It opened june 18th, and will be open every thursday or the summer.
The place is honestly amazing, even in case of bad weather, the rooftop is covered, and has lots of room inside (with huge windows so you can still enjoy the view!)
It’s open from 4PM until 3AM. It’s the spirit of an afterwork, with the possibility to keep dancing till late. And let’s talk about dancing! The music (or more specifically the DJ’s) will be in the hands of my friend Belben (Bar Rouge – Bloody Louis), and let me tell you, it’s a little kid we can trust we it comes to music.
For the drinks, let’s say the crew behind the bar is rocking it, with a big range of Gin & Tonics, and every week a new special cocktail of the day.
Now since it’s a pretty long afterwork, there is food to be eaten at some point right? Well, don’t worry about it, because Elliott is there to take care of your hungry tummies. For the first edition there was a delicious selection of burgers, an italian plate, some nachos… Let me tell you, MY hungry tummy almost tried it all, and it was GREAT!
The other good news is: I’m part of the team! You can be sure to see me there every thursday! Probably running around like a headless chicken BUT, I’ll be there. Here are some other great shots taken on the first edition, by the great Gabriel Lelièvre, who will be the photographer for the season (he’s the one who took all the pictures featured in this post)
I would like to also congratulate Julien and Jerome, the host of the event, for such a great organisation and work put into this project.
See you then?
Ps: Vertigo is located on top of the Casino VIAGE of Brussels, Boulevard Anspach 30, 1000 Brussels
