I wanted to share with you what I made for dinner tonight: super easy, super yummy and super healthy!
I often get asked of my recipes on my Instagram or Facebook, so after enjoying my plate I decided to directly share it with you.
Ingredients (for 2 persons):
- Cod (any piece you want, I went for the tail)
- 1 Cauliflour
- 2 Gloves of garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 Leeks
- 3 Tablespoon of cream
- Fish spices
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of hibiscus sal de Ibiza
Clean and cut in 4 the cauliflour and put it in a steamer. Set the timer on 30min.
20min later add in the steamer the cod (already with the spices and the hibiscus sal de Ibiza), the leeks cut in pieces, and the 2 gloves of garlic both cut in half.
Once it’s cooked, put the cauliflour in smaller pieces in the mixer with the olive oil, the cream, the cooked garlic, salt & pepper.
Place it on the plate, then put the cod on top. Add the leeks, a tiny bit of olive oil and salt, and VOILA!
Super easy, super healthy, and quick to make… What else right?!
